  1. Cutting our nails prevents infections and keeps them clean. It’s a form of personal grooming.
  2. Washing and combing our hair regularly keeps it clean and healthy. Regular combing also helps blood circulation.
  3. Regularly trimming our hair keeps it strong and prevents damage.
  4. Using appropriate hair products to keep hair moisturized and prevent breakage.
  5. avoiding sharing personal grooming items like nail clippers and combs to prevent the spread of infections.
