Following safety rules is crucial for a triumphant and injury-free long jump experiance. These include:
- Always warm up before starting any jumps. Stretching is crucial to prepare your muscles.
- Make sure the area where you take off is clear of any obstacles or hazards.
- Ensure that your landing area is also free from any objects that coudl cause injury.
- When you land, land on your feet and roll forward to lessen the impact on your body.
- Stay hydrated by drinking water before, during, and after the activity.
- Wear appropriate footwear to provide support and grip during jumps.
