- Breathe deeply and rhythmically to maintain stamina.
Pushing
Pushing is using force to move something away. Keep your back straight and apply force.
Techniques for Pushing
These include:
- Hand push: Use your hands, applying force through your palms. Use your legs for power.
- Shoulder push: Lean in with your shoulder and use your body weight.
- Leg push: Use your legs to push from behind the object.
- Body push: Use your entire body to push the object.
