Health means feeling well, both physically and mentally. It’s about being free from sickness and having energy.

Hygiene is about the practices we follow to stay clean and prevent sickness. It involves making healthy choices to protect ourselves from germs.

Cleanliness means keeping ourselves and our surroundings neat and free from dirt.

Care Of the Body

Taking care of our body involves several practices to maintain cleanliness and prevent diseases.

Care for the Nails

Nail care is essential for preventing infections and maintaining overall hygiene. The following are ways to care for the nails:

  1. Trim your nails regularly.
  2. Keep nails clean by washing them.
  3. Avoid biting your nails.
  4. Use a nail brush.
  5. Moisturize your cuticles.
  6. Avoid sharing nail clippers.
Care for the Hair
