A first aid box contains various items used to provide immediate medical assistance. these items are essential for treating minor injuries and preventing further harm. The following are examples:

1. Cotton wool: Soft material for cleaning wounds and applying medicine.It’s gentle and absorbent.
2. Bandage: A strip of cloth to cover wounds, stop bleeding, and keep the wound clean and protected.
3. Liniment (Menthol): Medicine to rub on sore muscles or joints to reduce pain and inflammation. It helps to reduce pain.
4. Methylated Spirit: A liquid to clean and disinfect wounds, preventing infection by killing germs.
5. Iodine: Medicine for cuts and scrapes to help them heal faster and prevent infection.
6. Scissors: Used to cut tape, gauze, or clothing in emergencies, such as removing clothing stuck to a wound.
7. Antiseptic Wipes: Pre-moistened wipes for cleaning wounds and preventing infection. They are easy to use.
8. Adhesive Plasters: Band-aids to cover small cuts and keep dirt out, protecting the wound and promoting healing.
