The following are safety precautions before exercises:

  1. Wear proper exercise clothes and shoes.
  2. Warm up the body with light movements.
  3. Drink enough water to stay hydrated.
  4. Check that the exercise area is safe and free from sharp objects.
  5. Avoid exercising on a full stomach.
Safety Precautions During Exercises

While exercising, attention must be given to posture, movements, and limits of the body.
The following are safety precautions during exercises:

  1. Perform exercises with the correct posture.
  2. Avoid overexertion or going beyond body limits.
