Hockey rules ensure fair play and prevent injuries. The following are some rules and regulations of hockey:

1. Only the flat side of the hockey stick can be used to hit the ball. this means that players cannot use the back side of the stick.
2. No physical contact is allowed. Hockey is a non-contact sport, and players must not push or hit each other.
3. The ball must not be played dangerously. Players should not hit the ball too high or in a way that can injure others.
4. Short corners are awarded for fouls in the penalty area. This gives the opposing team a chance to score.
5. A goal is scored only when the ball is hit inside the striking circle. The ball must be inside the shooting area before a goal is counted.
6. Players must not lift their sticks above shoulder height. This prevents dangerous play and potential injuries.
7. Obstruction is not allowed. Players cannot intentionally block an opponent from reaching the ball.

Rules and Regulations of Handball

1. Each team must have seven players on the court. This includes the goalkeeper.
