Rearing Equipments for Farm Animals

Rearing equipment are the tools or materials used in keeping and taking care of farm animals. Farm animals need special tools and materials to live well and grow healthy. These tools are called rearing equipment.

Types of Rearing Equipment

There are many tools used in rearing farm animals. Each tool has a job it does.

The following are types of rearing equipment:

Cage
Water trough
Feeding trough
Nest box
Incubator
Heat lamp
Milking machine
Fencing net
Veterinary kit
Bedding materials
Weighing scale

Uses of Rearing Equipment

Each equipment has a special use on the farm to help animals stay safe and healthy. They are:
