Rules for Good Health

The following are rules for good health:

  2. Bathe regularly every day
  3. Brush your teeth twice daily
  4. Wear clean clothes always
  5. Eat balanced food every day
  6. Drink clean water
  7. Cut your nails regularly
  8. Cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing
  9. Sleep and rest well
  10. Exercise your body daily

Materials for Good Health

The following are materials used for good health:

  1. Soap
  2. Water
  3. Toothbrush
  4. Toothpaste
  5. Clean clothes
  6. Comb
  7. Nail cutter
  8. Towel
  9. Shoes and slippers

Daily Rules for Good Health

Good health habits include bathing, handwashing with soap, brushing the teeth, eating varied food, drinking safe water, exercising, sleeping enough and using a clean toilet.

Cover coughs and sneezes, avoid sharing personal items such as toothbrushes and tell an adult when ill or injured. Health rules reduce risk but do not make a sick person blameworthy.
