The following are ways we practice personal hygiene:

  3. Washing our clothes regularly
  4. Cutting our nails
  5. Combing our hair
  6. Washing hands after using the toilet
  7. Keeping our environment clean

Meaning of Personal Development

This means making ourselves better in learning, behavior, and how we grow.

These include:

  2. Speaking politely
  3. Doing our homework
  4. Respecting others
  5. Controlling our anger
  6. Being kind to others
  7. Helping at home

Effects of Good Personal Hygiene on Personal Development

Good hygiene helps us to feel good,stay healthy,and do well in school.
