  3. Dyes obtained from plant parts for colouring clothes and materials.
  4. Drugs produced from leaves, roots, bark and seeds of plants.
Animal Resources

Animals are living things that supply humans with materials used for food, clothing and other useful products.

The following are examples of animal resources:

  1. Hides and skin used to make leather products like shoes and bags.
  2. Dairy products such as milk, cheese and butter obtained from animals.
  3. Meat, fish and eggs used as sources of protein.
  4. Bones, horns and feathers used for ornaments and crafts.
