Constitutional Guide To Personal security

The Constitution is a special book that tells us the laws of the country. It also tells us our rights and how to behave to stay safe.

Rights for Personal Security

These are things the Constitution says every person must enjoy to stay safe.They are:

1. Right to life
2. Right to personal safety
3. Right to freedom from harm
4. Right to protection by the law
5. Right to be treated with respect

Responsibilities for Personal Security

These are things we must do to keep ourselves and others safe. They are:

1. Obey rules and laws
2. Avoid dangerous places
3. Report bad behavior or danger
4. respect other people’s rights
5. Stay away from harmful friends

Safety signs Related to personal Security

Safety signs are pictures or symbols that warn us or tell us what to do to stay safe.

Examples are:

1. No loitering sign
2. Stop sign
3. No entry sign
4. Danger sign
5. Emergency exit sign
