Steps in Making an Open Seam:

The following are the steps in making an open seam:

1. Measure and Cut the Fabric: Use a measuring tape and chalk to mark the sewing lines. Cut the fabric along the markings.
2. place the Fabric Pieces Together: Align the right sides of the fabric and pin them in place.
3. Sew the Seam: Use a sewing machine or a needle and thread to stitch along the marked line with a straight stitch.
4. Press the Seam Open: Use an iron to press both fabric edges flat, ensuring a neat and professional finish.
