Physical fitness is important for our body and mind. It helps us stay healthy and happy.

The following are benefits of physical fitness:

  2. It helps the heart work well
  3. It helps us play and work without getting tired
  4. It helps us stay in good shape
  5. It helps the body fight sickness
  6. It improves sleep quality
  7. It boosts mood and reduces stress

Ways to Stay Physically Fit

We must do things that help the body stay fit and strong every day.

  3. Jumping and skipping
  4. Eating good food
  5. Sleeping well
  6. Swimming
