  3. Flexibility
  4. Speed
  5. Balance
  6. Coordination

Importance of Physical Fitness for Community Members

Physical fitness is essential for the well-being of individuals and the community as a whole. These include:

  1. It helps people to stay strong and active
  2. It makes the body healthy
  3. It helps to prevent sickness
  4. It gives more energy to work and play
  5. It makes people feel happy
  6. It helps the community to grow well
