Signs and symptoms are clues that show something is wrong with the body. They help us to know when we are sick and need to see a doctor. The following are signs of diseases:

3. Swelling on any part of the body
4. Bleeding from any part of the body
5. Vomiting
6. Unusual lumps or growths
7. Changes in skin color
8. Persistent cough or hoarseness

Meaning of Symptoms

Symptoms are the feelings a person has in their body. These feelings cannot be seen by others. They include:

Signs and Symptoms
