Making Laws: Governments create laws to ensure fairness and safety. Thes laws cover various aspects of life, such as traffic rules, environmental protection, and dispute resolution.
Providing services: Governments offer essential services like healthcare, education, and infrastructure (roads, bridges). These services are vital for citizens’ well-being.
Protecting Citizens: Governments protect citizens from threats, both internal and external. This includes law enforcement, national defense, and disaster relief. National defense is a key part of this protection.
Collecting Taxes: Governments collect taxes to fund the services they provide. These taxes pay for schools, hospitals, roads, and other vital things.
