Ways of Being Patriotic

Patriotism means showing love for our country. We can show patriotism by doing things that help our school, home, and nation.

  1. Honesty: Honesty means telling the truth and doing what is right. The following are examples:

1. Always telling the truth
2. Returning lost items
3. Not cheating in exams
4. Keeping promises
5. not stealing
6. Being sincere in words and actions
7. Admitting mistakes and taking obligation

  1. Dedication to Work: this means doing your work seriously and with care. These include:

1. Doing classwork without being told
2. Doing homework neatly and on time
3. Helping others with their tasks
4. Trying your best at school
5.Not being lazy
6. Completing assigned duties diligently
7. Taking initiative to improve work quality

  1. dignity of Labour: This means respecting all kinds of work. They are:

1. Sweeping the floor
2. Washing plates
3. Farming and gardening
4. Sewing clothes
5. Cleaning toilets
6.Carpentry and construction
7. Teaching and mentoring

  1. Cleaning the Environment: This means keeping our surroundings neat and safe. Examples are:

1.Sweeping the classroom
2. Picking litter from the ground
