Things God Created

God, the creator, brought everything into existence from nothing. This is called creation.

The Days of Creation

The Bible tells us how God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh. These include:

Day 1: God created light, separating it from darkness.
Day 2: God created the sky, separating the waters above from the waters below.
Day 3: God created land, sea, and plants, causing plants to grow.
Day 4: God created the sun, moon, and stars, placing them in the sky to give light.
Day 5: God created birds and fish, filling the air and waters.
Day 6: God created animals and humans, creating humans in His image. Learn more about why God created humans.
Day 7: God rested from His work.

God’s Creation is Good

God saw all He had made and declared it good. He was pleased with His creation.
