  1. Skills: abilities like cooking,cleaning,or fixing things,contributing to family needs.Examples include sewing, farming, and carpentry.
  2. Time: effective time management for increased productivity. This includes scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and allocating time for rest and recreation.
  3. Money: Used for necessities like food and school fees. This also includes savings, investments, and budgeting for future needs.
  4. energy: Physical and mental effort for daily tasks. This involves maintaining physical fitness, getting enough rest, and managing stress.
  5. Knowledge: Applying learned information for problem-solving. This includes academic knowledge, practical skills, and awareness of current events.
  6. Health: Physical and mental well-being for work and family contributions. this involves regular exercise, a balanced diet, and access to healthcare.
