Solution To Gender Discrimination

There are many ways to stop treating people unfairly as of their gender and make life better for everyone.

They are:

Treating boys and girls equally
Giving boys and girls the same chances at school
Allowing both boys and girls to speak freely
Teaching children that both genders are crucial
Helping girls and boys to play and work together
Punishing people who discriminate
Supporting girls and boys to follow their dreams
Using fair rules at home and school
Encouraging girls to do science and sports
Respecting everyoneS rights

Solutions to Gender Discrimination

Solutions include equal access to education and leadership, fair rules, enforcement of rights, accurate teaching, safe reporting, shared family responsibilities and judging people by skill and conduct rather than stereotypes.

Support should protect complainants from retaliation. Equality does not erase biological differences; it requires equal dignity, opportunity and lawful protection.
