Types Of Social Injustice

Social injustice happens when people are treated unfairly. It can take many forms in society.

The following are common types of social injustice:

Nepotism: Nepotism is when people give jobs or favors to their family members or friends rather of choosing the best person.
Discrimination: Discrimination means treating people badly because of their race, gender, religion, or background.
Corruption: Corruption happens when people use their power to get money or favors illegally.
Inequality: Inequality is when some people have more rights or better opportunities then others.
Favoritism: Favoritism is giving special treatment to some people as of personal liking rather than fairness.
Tribalism: This involves favoring people from your own ethnic group, often leading to unfair advantages for some and disadvantages for others.
Religious Intolerance: Treating people unfairly as of their religious beliefs, which can led to discrimination and conflict.
Gender Bias: Showing preference to one gender over another, often resulting in unequal opportunities and treatment.
