  1. Loss of Self-Respect – When you allow unhealthy behaviors, you may start to lose confidence in yourself.
  2. Emotional Abuse – Being constantly criticized or belittled can affect your self-worth.
  3. Physical Harm – Violence or aggressive behavior can result in injuries.
  4. Peer Pressure – Unhealthy relationships may push you to engage in behaviors you are uncomfortable with.
  5. Academic decline – Being involved in an unhealthy relationship can distract you from your studies and lead to poor academic performance.
