NHAOLE NA-AGARI (Quantifiers)

Mkpọrọokwu na-akọwa nhaole

Nhaole na-agari bụ mkpọrọokwu a na-eji akọwa nha, ọnụọgụgụ, ma ọ bụ oke ihe ma ọ bụ mmadụ. Ha na-enyere anyị aka ịmata ole ihe dị.

Ụfọdụ mkpọrọokwu na-akọwa nhaole gụnyere:

• Otu – (One)
• Ụfọdụ – (Some/Few)
• Ha niile – (All of them)
• Ọtụtụ – (Many/Much)
• Obere – (Little/Small amount)
• Nke ọ bụla – (Each/Every)

Mkpọrọokwu: Otu

Otu pụtara naanị otu ihe ma ọ bụ otu mmadụ. A na-eji ya akọwa ọnụọgụgụ mmadụ ma ọ bụ ihe dị naanị otu.

Ihe atụ:

• Ahụrụ m otu nwoke n’ụlọ ahịa. (I saw one man in the shop.)
• Nwere m otu akwụkwọ n’akpa m. (I have one book in my bag.)
• Ọ zụtara otu mkpụrụ osisi. (He bought one fruit.)

Mkpọrọokwu: Ụfọdụ

Ụfọdụ pụtara akụkụ nke ihe niile, ọ bụghị niile, ma ọ bụghị naanị otu. A na-eji ya akọwa akụkụ dị mkpirikpi ma ọ bụ obere ọnụọgụgụ.

Ihe atụ:

• Ụfọdụ ụmụ akwụkwọ na-abịa ụlọ akwụkwọ n’oge. (Some students come to school on time.)
• Achọrọ m ụfọdụ mmiri ọṅụṅụ. (I need some drinking water.)
• O nwere ụfọdụ ego n’akpa ya. (He has some money in his pocket.)

Mkpọrọokwu: Ha Niile

Ha niile pụtara ihe niile ma ọ bụ mmadụ niile, enweghị nke fọdụrụ. A na-eji ya akọwa ọnụọgụgụ ihe niile dị.

Ihe atụ:

• Ha niile riri nri ahụ. (All of them ate the food.)
• Ha niile ga-aga ahịa. (All of them will go to the market.)
• Ọ kọọrọ anyị akụkọ ha niile. (He told us all of the stories.)

Iji okwu nhaole kọwaa ihe

Anyị na-eji okwu nhaole akọwa ọnụọgụgụ ma ọ bụ oke ihe n’ahịrịokwu. Ha na-enyere aka ime ka ihe anyị na-ekwu doo anya.

Ihe atụ ọzọ:

• Ebe m otu pensụl. (I found one pencil.)
