What is Exercise?

Exercise is any physical activity that keeps us healthy and strong. It involves moving our bodies in different ways, such as running, jumping, or stretching. Staying active is critically important!

Time to Exercise

The best times to exercise are times when the body is most receptive to physical activity. These include:

  1. Morning: Exercising in the morning gives you energy for the day.
  2. Afternoon: Afternoon exercise can help you feel refreshed.
  3. Evening: Evening exercise can definitely help you relax before bed.
  4. Mid-morning: Exercising mid-morning can boost concentration and productivity.
  5. During Breaks: short exercise breaks during the day can help reduce stress and improve focus.

Types of Exercise

There are many different types of exercise, each offering unique benefits for physical and mental health. Examples are:

  1. Running: Improves heart health and endurance.
  2. jumping: Improves coordination and balance.
  3. Stretching: Improves adaptability.
  4. Swimming: Provides a full-body workout and is gentle on the joints.
