When we don’t care for our ears and noses, problems can arise.

Dangers of Not Caring for the Ear:

Neglecting ear care can lead to various health issues. The following are some of the dangers:

  1. Hearing loss can result from wax build-up.
  2. Ear infections and earaches are possible.
  3. Bad smells can develop from dirt.
  4. balance problems can occur from inner ear damage.
  5. Injuries can result from improper cleaning.
  6. Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) can be triggered or worsened.
  7. Difficulty in interaction and social interaction may occur.

Dangers of Not Caring for the Nose:

Poor nasal hygiene can lead to several health problems.These include:

  1. Breathing difficulties can arise from blockages.
  2. Nose infections can develop from germs.
  3. bad odors can result from dirt.
  4. Germs can spread easily from nose-picking.
  5. Nosebleeds can occur from improper cleaning.
  6. Sinus infections can occur due to trapped bacteria.
  7. Reduced sense of smell and taste may develop.
