Good feeding habits are essential for health and well-being, aiding growth and preventing illness. Key habits include washing hands before eating to prevent germs, chewing food thoroughly for better digestion and nutrient absorption, and eating regularly to maintain energy levels. Using utensils correctly shows respect and keeps food clean; saying “please” and “thank you” demonstrates good manners.
