Ways of Respecting Places and Things

Respecting places and things means taking good care of our surroundings and treating them kindly. This helps create a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for everyone. There are many ways to show this respect:

Keeping our classroom and school environment clean

These include:

  1. Pick up trash.
  2. Wipe up spills.
  3. Put things back in their proper places.
  4. Sweep or mop the floor regularly.
  5. Arrange desks and chairs neatly.
Using school properties carefully

These include:

  1. Handle books and toys gently.
  2. Do not write on walls or furniture.
  3. Return borrowed items promptly.
  4. Use equipment and materials for their intended purpose.
  5. Report any damage to school property immediately.
