Reasons for Taking Care of Computer

Taking care of computers is very important to keep them working properly and to avoid unnecessary expenses.Below are reasons why we must care for computers:

The following are reasons why we must care for computers:

  1. Avoid Damages: this ensures the computer parts are not broken or scratched.
  2. Protect the System: Prevents the computer from overheating or malfunctioning.
  3. Save Money: reduces the cost of repairs or replacements.
  4. Improve Performance: A well-maintained computer works faster and better.
  5. Ensure Longevity: Taking care of the computer allows it to last for many years.
  6. Data Security: Regular maintenance helps protect against data loss and security breaches.
  7. Reduce Downtime: Proper care minimizes unexpected breakdowns and interruptions.

Why a Computer Needs Care

Proper care keeps computer hardware reliable, protects stored work and reduces repair cost. Dust can block ventilation, liquid can damage electronic parts, rough handling can loosen connections, and unsafe downloads can harm files or software.

Use clean dry hands, keep food and drinks away, allow air around vents, shut down correctly, protect the device from heat and moisture, and report faults instead of opening the system unit. Back up important schoolwork so one device failure does not destroy the only copy.

Teaching methods

To deliver this lesson,‌ ⁤the teacher will⁤ adopt⁤ the following methods: Discussion, visual Aids, Presentation, Clarification, Group Work, Questioning.
