Steps In Sending And Receiving E-mails
E-mails are a way of sending messages using the internet. With e-mails, we can send messages, pictures, and documents quickly to anyone in the world.
Steps In Sending E-mails
To send an e-mail, you need an e-mail account like Gmail or Yahoo. Sending an e-mail means writing a message and sending it through the internet to another person.
The following are the steps in sending an e-mail:
- Open your e-mail account
- Click on “Compose” or “New Message”
- Type the receiver’s e-mail address
- Type the subject of the message
- Write your message
- Add any file if needed
- Click on “Send”
Steps In Receiving E-mails
When someone sends you an e-mail, it comes to your inbox. You can open and read it.
The following are the steps in receiving an e-mail:
- Open your e-mail account
- Click on “Inbox”
- Select the new e-mail
- Read the message
- click on “reply” if you want to answer
- Type your reply and click on “Send”
