Effects Of Overdose
When we eat or drink too much, it can harm our health. The following are some effects of too much eating and drinking:
- Stomach ache – Eating too much can cause pain in the stomach.
- Vomiting – Overeating can make us throw up.
- Laziness – Too much food can make us feel lazy.
- Obesity – Eating a lot regularly can make us overweight.
- Indigestion – Our stomach may not digest the food well.
- Breathing problems – Overeating can make it hard to breathe.
- Tiredness – After eating too much, we may feel very tired.
- Headache – Overeating can sometimes lead to headaches due to the strain on the digestive system.
- Bloating – The stomach can become swollen and uncomfortable due to excess food intake.
- Discomfort – General feeling of unease and physical discomfort after consuming too much food or drink.
