A good leader has many critically important qualities that help them guide and inspire others. These qualities build trust, create strong relationships, and help leaders make good decisions.

1. Vision: A leader has a clear goal and inspires others to follow. Such as, a school captain with a vision for better school events motivates their peers.
2. Integrity: Leaders act honestly and with strong moral principles,building trust. For example, a class leader who admits mistakes earns respect.
3. Empathy: Understanding others’ feelings helps build strong relationships.For example, a student leader who listens to classmates’ concerns.
4. Dialog Skills: Good leaders explain ideas clearly and listen to others. Such as, a group leader who communicates well helps their team succeed.
5. confidence: Believing in one’s abilities inspires others. Such as, a student leader confidently presenting ideas encourages classmates.
6. Decisiveness: Making speedy and effective decisions,even when stressed. Such as, a leader who quickly decides on a plan guides the team well.
