Internal Features of the System Unit

The internal features are the components located inside the system unit.
The following are examples:

1. Motherboard: The main circuit board connecting all components. It’s the backbone.
2. CPU (Central Processing Unit): The brain of the computer, processing instructions and data.
3. RAM (Random Access Memory): Temporary memory for running programs; it’s the computer’s short-term memory.
4. Hard Drive (HDD) or Solid State Drive (SSD): Permanent data storage; the computer’s long-term memory.
5. Power Supply Unit (PSU): Converts power from the wall outlet for computer use.
6. Graphics Card: Displays images on the monitor.
7. Cooling Fans: Keep the computer cool.
