Energy is the ability to do work or cause a change.It’s all around us and is essential for everything we do.

Energy has many uses:
- Electricity Generation: Energy generates electricity powering lights, appliances, and electronics. Power plants use energy from sources like coal, natural gas, or wind to produce electricity.
- Transportation: Energy is essential for vehicles, planes, and ships to move people and goods.Cars, trains, and airplanes use energy from fuels like gasoline or diesel.
- Heating and Cooling: Energy heats and cools homes and offices using natural gas, electricity, or other sources.
- Cooking: Energy is used in cooking via gas stoves, electric cookers, etc., to heat food.
- Interaction: Energy powers devices like phones and computers,enabling communication.
- Manufacturing: Energy is used in factories to power machines and produce goods.
