HEALTHY LIVING PRACTICE: HOW TO STAY HEALTHY

To stay healthy and strong, we need to do many good things every day. Healthy living means taking care of our bodies so we don’t get sick.

Ways to Stay Healthy:

  1. Eat Good Food: Eat fruits, vegetables, and other healthy meals to make our bodies strong.
  2. Drink Clean Water: Always drink water that is clean and safe.
  3. Play and Exercise: Run, jump, and play outside to make our muscles strong.
  4. Keep Clean: Wash our hands with soap and water, especially before eating and after using the toilet. Take a bath every day.
  5. Avoid Dirty Places: Stay away from dirty areas that can make us sick.
