Creating a document on a Computer

Creating a document on a computer involves several steps:

  1. Opening a Word processing Program: Locate and open a program like Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
  2. Typing Text: Use the keyboard to type the content of your document.
  3. Formatting Text: Adjust the font,size,color,and alignment of the text.
  4. Saving the Document: Click on “File,” then “Save as,” and choose a location to save your document.
  5. Naming the Document: Give your document a descriptive name.
  6. Closing the Program: Close the word processing program when you are finished.
  7. Opening an Existing Document: Locate the saved file and double-click to open it.
  8. Editing the Document: Make changes to the text,formatting,or layout as needed.
Taking Photographs with a phone

Taking photographs with a phone involves the following steps:

  1. Opening the Camera App: Locate and open the camera submission on your phone.
  2. Framing the Shot: Point the camera at the subject you want to photograph.
  3. Adjusting Settings (Optional): Adjust settings like flash,zoom,or filters.
  4. Taking the Photo: Press the capture button to take the photograph.
