- Saving the Document: Click on “File,” then “Save as,” and choose a location to save your document.
- Naming the Document: Give your document a descriptive name.
- Closing the Program: Close the word processing program when you are finished.
- Opening an Existing Document: Locate the saved file and double-click to open it.
- Editing the Document: Make changes to the text,formatting,or layout as needed.
Taking Photographs with a phone
