Judo Court

- The mat is called Tatami.
- It is usually square, measuring about 14 meters by 14 meters.
- The fighting area is about 10 meters by 10 meters.
- It has a safety area around the fighting space to prevent injury.
Basic Skills in Judo
Judo skills involve physical techniques combined with discipline and respect for opponents. Beginners are taught simple skills before moving to complex throws.
