Meaning of Muscles

Major Muscles of the Body
The human body has many muscles, which can be grouped into three main types: skeletal, smooth, and cardiac. Skeletal muscles are the ones responsible for body movement and are attached to bones. Some major skeletal muscles include:
- Biceps: Located on the front of the upper arm, responsible for bending the elbow.
