Primary & Secondary Colours And Classification Of Local Musical Instruments
Types of Colours:
Colours are divided into primary and secondary groups:
- Primary Colours: Red, blue, yellow (basic colours that cannot be made by mixing others).
- Secondary colours: Green, orange, purple (made by mixing primary colours).
Classification of Local Instruments (Idiophone):
Instruments classified under idiophones produce sound through their material vibration. Examples are:
- Gong
- Xylophone
- Rattle
- Talking drum
- Agogo
- Shekere
- ekwe
