Paul’s Missionary Journey

Paul was a great apostle who traveled to many places to preach the gospel. He went to different towns and spoke to both Jews and Gentiles about Jesus Christ.

Paul’s Preaching in Salamis and Iconium

Paul began his missionary journey in Salamis, a city in Cyprus. He preached in the synagogues of the Jews. John Mark was with him as a helper. From there, he went to many other towns.

In Iconium, Paul and Barnabas entered the Jewish synagogue and preached boldly. Many people, both Jews and Gentiles, believed in Jesus. But some people were angry and tried to harm them.

Paul did not preach to only one group. He preached to different kinds of people. Some of them were:

Jews in synagogues
Gentiles in towns
Roman officials
Poor and rich people
