تعريف الرسالة
الرسالة هي وسيلة للتواصل الكتابي بين شخصين أو أكثر، تُستخدم لتبادل الأخبار، المعلومات، أو التعبير عن المشاعر والأفكار.
عناصر الرسالة
تتكون الرسالة من عدة عناصر أساسية لضمان وضوحها ووصولها بالشكل الصحيح. هذه العناصر هي:
- العنوان (Address): وهو عنوان المرسل والمرسل إليه، ويشمل اسم الشارع، المدينة، والبلد.
- التاريخ (Date): وهو اليوم والشهر والسنة التي كُتبت فيها الرسالة.
- التحية (Salutation): وهي عبارة افتتاحية تُستخدم لتحية المرسل إليه، مثل “السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته” أو “عزيزي/عزيزتي”.
- محتوى الرسالة (Body of the Letter): وهو الجزء الرئيسي الذي يتضمن الغرض من الرسالة، سواء كان إخبارياً أو استفسارياً أو تعبيرياً.
- الخاتمة (Closing): وهي عبارة تُنهى بها الرسالة، مثل “مع خالص تحياتي” أو “وتقبلوا فائق الاحترام”.
