Meaning and Attributes of cooperation

Cooperation means working together towards a common goal. It involves sharing ideas, respecting others, and supporting one another to achieve success.This means that cooperation is needed in school, at home, and in society to ensure harmony and progress.

Attributes of Cooperation:

Attributes of cooperation are the key characteristics that define how people work together effectively.

The following are attributes of cooperation:

  1. Teamwork: Working together to achieve a shared objective.
  2. Respect: Listening to others and valuing their opinions.
  3. Patience: Understanding that progress takes time and effort.
  4. Supportiveness: Helping others when they need assistance.
  5. Trust: Believing in others and being reliable.
  6. Compromise: Being willing to adjust and accept different viewpoints.
  7. Communication: Sharing information and ideas clearly and effectively.
  8. Obligation: Taking ownership of one’s role and contributions.
