    Herbert Macaulay

    Herbert Macaulay (born November 14, 1864, in Lagos, Nigeria) was a prominent nationalist and politician. He played a meaningful role in Nigeria’s fight for independence, advocating for Nigerians’ rights during colonial times. He passed away on May 7, 1946.

    Taiwo Akinkumi

    Taiwo Akinkumi (born in 1897) was a renowned educationist and women’s rights activist. She dedicated her life to promoting education and empowering women, believing education was key to women’s potential and equality.
