- Apply a small amount of moisturizer after bathing to keep skin soft and hydrated.This prevents dryness and irritation.
- Drink plenty of water daily to keep skin hydrated from the inside. Water is essential for healthy skin.
- Eat fruits and vegetables to nourish your skin. These foods contain vitamins and minerals good for your skin.
