Examples of Aquaculture Systems

  • Fish Ponds: These are constructed earthen or concrete basins designed to hold water for raising fish. They are common for extensive and semi-intensive systems.
  • Concrete Fish Tanks: These are rectangular or circular tanks made of concrete, often used for intensive aquaculture due to better control over water quality and feeding.
