What is Bathing?

When to Wash the Body

There are several times when it is important to wash the body to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. These include:

  1. Morning: A bath in the morning helps you feel refreshed and ready for the day.
  2. After Play: After playing, it’s important to wash away dirt and sweat.
  3. Before Bed: Bathing before bed helps you relax and sleep well.
  4. After Exercise: Washing after exercise removes sweat and prevents body odor.
  5. After Sweating: Bathing after sweating keeps the skin clean and fresh.
  6. When Dirty: Bathing when you are visibly dirty helps remove grime and keeps you healthy.

Materials Needed For Bathing
