    Body-building foods are rich in protein and essential nutrients that support growth and repair. Examples are:

    1. Eggs: Eggs are packed with protein and have all the critically important parts our bodies need to grow and repair.
    2. Milk: Milk gives us protein and calcium, which helps build strong bones and teeth.
    3. Chicken: Chicken is a good source of protein that helps build strong muscles.
    4. Beans: Beans, like kidney beans and lentils, are great plant-based sources of protein and are good for digestion.
    5. Fish: Fish like salmon have lots of protein and good fats for our brains and hearts.
    6. Beef: Beef provides a high amount of protein and iron,essential for muscle development and energy.
    7. Nuts: Nuts such as almonds and groundnuts are excellent sources of protein and healthy fats, contributing to overall growth.
