What is a Clean Environment?
A clean environment is a tidy place, free of litter, and safe for everyone.Keeping it clean helps us stay healthy, protects our planet, and improves our communities.
Ways of Keeping Our Environment Clean
Proper Waste Disposal
- Always use bins. This prevents litter and keeps things tidy.
- Never litter. Litter pollutes and harms animals.
- Recycle paper, plastic, and glass to conserve resources.
Proper Use of Toilets/Urinals
- flush after each use to prevent germs.
- Wash hands with soap and water to prevent the spread of germs.
- Use them correctly to prevent clogs.
Conserving Water
- Turn off taps tightly to prevent wastage.
- Report leaks to adults.
- Take shorter showers and use water-saving appliances.
Planting Trees and Flowers
